Filing a claim is very confusing and difficult. Therefore, I haven’t gotten back to it yet.

Easy and affordable travel insurance

So far, so good.

Overall, travel insurance was quick and easy to purchase and organize. I'm thankful to have had it, and to have Covid coverage.

No one has responde to any of our 4 claims made on our 5 week vacation. Just automated messages. Quite frustrating. Disappointed with the overall service. There’s no sense of urgency to give further information. It’s now a waiting game that has not progressed

The whole process was pleasantly easy! When I needed to add & adjust, the customer service reps at Trawick were polite & extremely helpful.

Squaremouth and Trawick are good, however at this point it has been2 months since a claim was filed and the only thing we hear is how busy they are. We had to submit in 72 hours yet it’s been 2 months and no response. This is truly the definition of bad service.

I had tried to contact customer service via e-mail twice. Received only automated responce with no information how to submit a claim. Would like to get guidlines how to submit claim.

Provided the exact coverage I needed at a fair price. Answered my questions promptly.
