    There are many sites and companies to chooses from, this is my 2nd time using Trawick. Pricing and coverage and clarity of the contract language are easy to understand. Customer service was exceptional. I will look at them again first on my next travel.

    Reasonably priced insurance options with different levels of coverage that were easy to understand. I called customer service prior to purchasing for a few clarifications and representative was very helpful. Didn’t have to make any claims related to my trip.

    Good policy, glad I took it as travel precaution however it's hard to decipher differences between various policies offered, for example comparing policies is not an easy process, it should be more simplified and have better descriptions and clarity of definitions. Getting info from the Trawick chat room is time consuming and you often get vague answers or limited replies instead of informative replies. Often feels like persons on other end of the chat don't want to go too deep in the dialogue, or they seem indifferent when replying.

    Had to extend our trip and were required to buy a new policy from a different provider. It would be nice to be able to simply extend in an emergency situation

    Squaremouth is an efficient and easy way to get insurance. I have yet to find any other business that can beat the cost of insuring a trip through Squaremouth.
    My latest cruise, I had to cancel due to I tested positive for COVID this I could not get on the ship. I submitted a claim with Traywick International.

    Trawick International policy: Safe Travels Voyager

    The experience of searching for insurance through Square Mouth was easy and it appeared that I was purchasing a quality plan with Covid coverage for our trip to Mexico. However, one of our family came down with Covid, and she and her fiancee had to quarantine and postpone return to the United States. We were in Yelapa Mexico where there are no medical clinics, no Covid testing except for the tests we were told to bring with us, no cars.

    Getting in touch with Trawick was difficult. Calls were dropped and not returned, they had short hours on another day due to training, (the 24-hour line didn't know how to answer questions so we were directed to the customer service - CBP) and it was there that calls were dropped etc. When I finally was able to talk to someone and explain we were in a remote place with no medical clinic or testing, she told me that nothing would go into effect until there was a professional test. Now that I am completing the paperwork it appears that they need tax id numbers for doctors. REALLY? If you are selling plans that cover trips to Mexico, maybe they should take into consideration how thanks are different than the U.S.

    Maybe when the claim submitted to Trawick it will all go smoothly. However, I understand from another representative I talked to with some questions after returning to the U.S. that they are currently reviewing claims from November. So apparently it will be months before we hear anything. I will appeal if the claim is denied.

    It sounded so comprehensive and great when I purchased the policy. It's not sounding like that when a claim is necessary.
