Our trip was cancelled by the cruise line (Holland America) Spoke with your agent on January 31st and he told me that I needed to send a copy of my credit card showing the refund from the cruise line which I sent to you on January 31, 2022. I have not heard back from you indicating that my refund has happened.

Filed a claim as the cruise company canceled our trip two weeks before we were to leave due to it's collapse. Crystal Cruises is in receivership I believe.
Crystal had told us they intended to refund our $14,000 but we were skeptical and went ahead and filed a claim on the grounds of cancellation due to default. Initially Trawick had told us to hold off to see if Crystal would refund our money but I wanted to file while the insurance policy was still within the dates of the trip.
So far Trawick (Co-ordinated Benefit Plans) has sent us an email saying they have received our claim but due to high volume claims will be taken in order of receipt.
So we wait to see whether we will get our money back.
My attempts to contact a representative, both by email and telephone, have been fruitless. It has been over 45 days since my first email contact and filing of a claim. I was asked for additional information and provided that 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a refund of the policy in lieu of filing any claims. Your company has been nonresponsive to my requests and i would not use you again.
My only interaction with Trawick International was to update my first deposit date. It wasn’t regarding a claim so I don’t feel comfortable providing comments about the services.
It has taken a very long time to get our claim settled.
From Las Vegas to Ohare we were delayed 21/2 hours so we missed our connecting flight from Ohare to Ft Lauderdale. They put us on a flight from Ohare to Miami. In Miami we had to take a taxi to our home, which costed $95. We finally arrived home about 12 midnight. Thankfully American Airlines had put our luggage on that plane, so no issues there. Do I have a claim because of the delay and re-routing?
Our original travel plans out of the US changed due to covid. Customer service agent was able to change our plan to a trip within US and even received a small refund due to change in location. Our agent was very helpful and efficient. This was our first experience purchasing travel insurance definitely plan to purchase again for peace of mind.
Due to an impending winter storm, my wife's departure was moved up one day earlier than originally planned. This necessitated extending the insurance coverage by that one additional day. She got on the phone with the Trawick agent and within a very few minutes the coverage was extended, and in a very friendly and efficient manner. Outstanding customer service!
Squaremouth.Com provided a great comparison of travel insurance policies that included Covid coverage. The Trawick plan provided the most Trip Interruption and Delay coverage at the lowest premium. Can't ask for more than that.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWING RETURN FROM OUR TRIP. CANNOT EVEN REACH THEM BY PHONE AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS AT A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTE WAIT ON HOLD EACH TIME.
Very Disappointed so far.
