The survey is difficult to answer. We did not take our trip, cxld before we left. Filed a claim within a few days and as of today (3 weeks from file date) we have not received much/if any info on it.

We had to cancel our trip because we contracted Covid and the whole cancellation and claims process appeared to be daunting. She reassured me that they could handle it, directed me to forms and gave me a claims number, she greatly reduced my anxiety.

The only thing that could have been maybe a little easier is if the customer service number for Trawick was easier to find and even that wasn't bad- just compared to the rest of the experience.

Although I bought this policy for Covid protections and had never before purchased travel insurance, I would buy this again for the peace of mind it provided and the level of service I received. I’m happy my trip went off without a hitch but it was reassuring to know I had this coverage.
