    Two months I haven’t heard from one person and Luna has not been paid out

    I had to cancel my trip due to covid. It took a while
    For someone to respond to my requests but I have been able to submit all my paperwork. It has been 16 days and I haven’t heard back yet

    My claim was paid in full when we had to cancel our trip due to Covid. It took approximately 30 days which is pretty good considering how busy they probably were because of Covid. Will definitely use again. Thank you

    Regional airline canceled my flight the evening before my return home leaving me very few choices. I had to travel by ferry to another island and rebook all 6 travelers with a new, much more expensive flight and route home. I wasn’t able to reach anyone at squaremouth or trawick that could help advise me on what to do. The claims form is not well suited to cover this type of trip delay and I’m out thousands of dollars. I’ve been trying to reach someone at trawick for multiple days now to no avail.

    I spoke to a customer service representative during my trip when it was interrupted. While the hotline had me on hold for an hour, the customer rep was able to send me the necessary documents to submit a claim. It strikes me as odd that I needed to speak to a real person to get a claim form - the process should be way simpler. I submitted a claim on the 21st of January, and have yet to hear back from anyone at Trawick International - not even an automated confirmation email. Really disappointed by the quality of service.

    I am pleased with the overall process experiences. Even though it took slightly longer than expected, but the customer service was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing updates to my claims. I would definitely consider Trawick International for all my travel insurance needs.

    We tried to reach someone to ask questions and there was no answer; answering machine to leave a message; call back between 8:30-5:00pm Eastern. NOT HAPPY AT ALL THAT THERE WAS NOT 24 HOUR ASSISTANCE as noted. We my have filed a claim - but found other measures because no one was available. Feel sold a bill of goods!
