I had some questions about Covid coverage.
I was able to get the answer promptly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful

Very helpful customer service; great rates!

I suffered a serious injury in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (100% ruptured quadracep tendon). Emergency surgery required. There was an issue between the hospital and On Call, Trawick International. On Call provided us with Trawick's International number. The hospital claimed Trawick had not honored claims in the past and they would not speak to or submit documents to our insurance company. After a 36 hour surgery delay, due to this impasse, I was ultimately required to pay cash for the surgery out of pocket and seek reimbursement from Trawick (Nationwide). Trawick's International representative emailed us the claim forms and said we would have to file direct with Trawick. We have assembled the required documentation and are sending the Claim form to "Travel Insurance Claim, Nationwide Insurance Company, Tampa, FL., on December 27, 2021.

We have purchased many policies through SquareMouth. We have not made a claim, but are happy to have the piece of mind we have coverage, if needed.

We had several questions band each one was answered. We will definitely use this service again.

I have not been able to get an official claim form. I have been trying to get t ahold of their customer service and I have been unable, after multiple calls .
