I only had experience with Customer Service and he was fantastic. He answered all questions, helped me to understand what policy I needed. Excellent Customer Service.

My wife's brother passed away unexpectedly the day we were to leave on our trip. I completed the claim and mailed it yesterday.

Information and options were discussed thoroughly and in a clear concise manner. Representative was friendly and professional and I was confident in getting the best policy for my trip.

Tour provider cancelled trip because they were concerned that a change in my medical treatment put me at too great of a risk for deep jungle trekking. But they won't reimburse me for the non-refundable portion, even though the insurance was supposed to cover both preexisting conditions and tour cancellations.

Still waiting for my claim to be processed. My wife was injured in an accident in Spain requiring immediate return to the USA and surgery. I filed my claim in September, but am still waiting for it to be processed.

My Travel plans were cancelled due to unexpected events. We filed a claim but have not heard anything.

Our cruise was cancelled and HA refunded our entire payment so Trawick refunded our insurance premium immediately. They were wonderful, so glad our next cruise is insured with them also!

Trawick made it very easy to get the necessary travel insurance. I appreciated the quick response and ease of making some changes to our policy as we needed to add extra days to our planned trip. Thankfully we had no issues and did not have to file a claim but based on my experience, I would definitely use them
again.
