It was easy to purchase a coverage and was well explained to me by the agent

Have called Trawick several times with mundane questions. Spoke to few different people and was given few different answers. Keep in mind that all insurance companies are in business NOT to pay out claims....

I had made a typo on my name when filling out the original paperwork but the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful in making that change and sending me new paperwork with the correct name.

I have not yet received a response about my claim even though it has been 4 weeks since the claim has been filed

Our agent was very helpful in identifying the correct policy for our travel needs.

Our rental vehicle was burglarized while we were eating dinner. They have been less than willing to compensate. The supposed 24 hour numbers were not answered.

I called the number to reach the company and finanized my transactions for my needs for insurance should i have to cancel my trip .

I know Trawick is snowed under, but I filed that claim many moons ago and all I hear when I inquire is that they're very busy. Well, its time for them to hire more people, I guess. I'm not satisfied with my experience to date.

I have tried to contact Trawick International this morning but was unable to speak to anyone, I eventually left a voicemail and am awaiting a call back. I tried to connect with them via their online address but was unable to do so as there were too many redirects on their website. I will continue to try to connect with them but they are making it quite difficult.

I could not get ahold of the 24hr customer service. I called multiple times, left voicemails and sent emails with no response. I have filed a claim and it's still in processing. I have tried emailing additional documentation and I have not gotten any confirmation.
