Contacted customer service with some questions and they ended up recommended a different, more appropriate package that saved me some money - thanks! Trip went well so didn't use the insurance.
Fortunately, did not file any claims hence, our only interaction was in obtaining the insurance package. Selecting a policy was relatively easy via the web. Cannot speak to whether or not we selected a policy that covered all possible situations because none arose.
I contacted Trawick after making a change to my destination and slight change in dates - they were easy to reach and helpful. I was issued a small refund since the trip was one day shorter. I found the materials describing the plan easy to read and helpful.
Helpful staff and reasonably priced
Had to cancel trip due to doctors advice. When i called the woman was very rude after i tried to contact them for a week. I was told i cant cancel cause it wasnt in the policy. I cancelled all on my own. When i called to cancell flight with you i was given 600 of my 900 and had to use it within 6 months. SAS told me when i called them that trawick was wrong i should have gotten all credit back and a year to use it.
I have not yet filed a claim as the process seems to be a bit confusing and I have to find time to contact the claims department for assistance, however I work night shift so our times do not regularly align.
Took time to read all conditions of the policy and did contact Squaremouth representative twice to get information.
