My experience so far has been neutral. I notified Trawick by email of my situation and that I would be filing a claim. I received back an acknowledgment of my email and that is the only communication so far. I am still in Italy, hoping to be able to return to US in next few days. Once home and settled, I will go through my notes and receipts and file appropriate claims. I would appreciate a follow up from you in several weeks as to my claim experience.

My traveling partner had a stroke so she cancelled. I called your company and asked them if they would pay the single supplement. They told me I had to file a claim to find out. I filled out my part of the claim and sent it to you but then my traveling partner refused to fill out her part because of privacy issues. So I called and said I would not be filing a claim because I could not get all the information that they requested. They told me at that time that I would get a voucher for my money for future trips. However, later the called to tell me that I had filed a claim?????? I DID NOT FILE A Claim!!!!!!! I did not have the intormation to complete my claim. This is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever been scammed by. I did not file a claim I told them to just forget about it because I was going to cancel. I did cancel my trip. I will NEVER purchase your insurance again and I will tell all my friends how you scammed.Me!!!
