The policy was easy to find and what I needed at a fair price. I hope my claim experience is equal to my buying experience.

Seems to be a good company, had to change dates a few times.

Customer service was short and rude with me. Did not explain my options. Had to go a do the research myself. Would not use again.

My experience so far has been neutral. I notified Trawick by email of my situation and that I would be filing a claim. I received back an acknowledgment of my email and that is the only communication so far. I am still in Italy, hoping to be able to return to US in next few days. Once home and settled, I will go through my notes and receipts and file appropriate claims. I would appreciate a follow up from you in several weeks as to my claim experience.

Clear information about coverage so we could compare different policies easily

Language is not clear on what is covered and not covered given Covid situations so had to call for clarification other than that was best priced insurance I found that we did not need
