My traveling partner had a stroke so she cancelled. I called your company and asked them if they would pay the single supplement. They told me I had to file a claim to find out. I filled out my part of the claim and sent it to you but then my traveling partner refused to fill out her part because of privacy issues. So I called and said I would not be filing a claim because I could not get all the information that they requested. They told me at that time that I would get a voucher for my money for future trips. However, later the called to tell me that I had filed a claim?????? I DID NOT FILE A Claim!!!!!!! I did not have the intormation to complete my claim. This is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever been scammed by. I did not file a claim I told them to just forget about it because I was going to cancel. I did cancel my trip. I will NEVER purchase your insurance again and I will tell all my friends how you scammed.Me!!!

I felt the price was high, but due to Covid, it was my first time purchasing a travel policy

When my travel pal upgraded our cruise cabin, she had problems increasing coverage. My credit card was billed, not hers. Then we got two different statements of the increased premium. We did not need the extra hassle. Poor customer assistance. I've used Squaremouth happily before, and will continue to find insurance through their site.

Did not use insurance, but it gave us the peace of mind and confidence to travel with no worries of added expense if we became ill.

I would have given five stars but the first time I called for this policy, the woman I spoke with was rather curt and provided no explanation about the policy, just that it was the same as the one I took out in July. She was to email me to sign up but I never received the email. When I called the next day, your representative was superb and explained all aspects of the policy to me.

I spoke to an agent who recommended the correct type of coverage and I was able to update my policy easily

WE are still wait for a claim form. We e-mailed and asked for one last week. NO reply yet

We switched date of travel and I emailed Trawick. They responded quickly and changed the dates. Their prices were better (lower) than other companies and I will use them again. Thank you

Couldn't get thru when I called internationally. No 24 hour service. Was on hold for a long time had to hang up
