Easy to purchase. Better coverage than what the cruise line offered.

I've heard nothing regarding the claim submitted I submitted a month ago. It was for a much lower dollar amount than expected, because the owner of the rental home surprised us and gave us a full refund against policy. We are unable to resolve the airfare, however, and cannot use a credit because my husband is very ill.

All required paperwork for claim mailed to Trawick in mid-August. No response to date as of end of Sept.

The assistance during our trip was fantastic. However, since arriving home I am not able to reach anyone to file a claim. I have left several messages and also sent am email. No one has contacted me to answer some questions to file a claim. Please help. 9548682233

I called yesterday to ask about abilities to file file a claim I was given another number to reach, as the number I had on the documents would not get me through to a person. I then called 2 other provided numbers as well as the one supplied and have still not been able to get ahold of a claim representative. I am hoping to get through to someone today.

Complete rip off, will never use this company again.

Due to the fires in California, I changed my travel plans as I was able to cancel reservations that were in the fire areas and change my travel to an area that wasn't affected. I contacted Trawick prior to my departure to see about changing my dates of travel. They easily added on my 3 extra days of travel and since I was able to cancel some of my more expensive travel expenses directly they also allowed me to decrease the coverage amount and therefore the cost of my plan saving me money. I was quite pleased with the experience.

No info has been sent or any contact since the initial claim was made.

I purchased this extra insurance strictly because of the extra COVID coverage. I attempted to file a claim because I needed to cancel my trip due to COVID concerns prior to my trip. I was told I couldn’t file a claim and needed to go through the separate companies I bought my trip airline, condo and rental car through. I purchased this extra insurance specifically due to if I needed to cancel my trip because of COVID. The policy purchase was pretty much a waste of money since I was not allowed to file a claim. I still don’t understand the point of this insurance if I had to go through the airline, condo and rental car company’s I bought from. Those same companies I had bought my trip through did not allow me to cancel either.
