The customer service rep was great and answered all of my questions.

I called customer service regarding a question about my coverage - I found them to be helpful and easy to work with. They answered my questions, pointed out key dates / deadlines and made sure I understood my coverage and the process that I needed to follow. Would have no issues purchasing a plan through Trawick again.

My return trip was canceled and I called Trawick International. The person I spoke to could not help me extend my insurance or answer any questions. She gave me two numbers to call claims at 888-552-3169 and 727-725-7522. A recording came and instructed me to hold if I wanted to speak to a representative. During the time I was holding there was no sound or music. After about 20 minutes, the phone went dead. I did this on four different days and had the same horrible experience.

Very efficient, patient and helpful. Understanding. Easy to work with up to this point. Helpful in providing us information how to file a claim when our flight was cancelled and we needed to rebook flights and extend hotel stay. We have not filed the claim as yet, so please check back with us regarding that particular matter.

We changed our trip date with Trawick on June 3, 2021 due to cancellation by Amaway waterways. It was rescheduled for 9/22/2021 through 10/10/2021. We notified Trawick promptly and received a confirmation by Kathleen Wilson that we were still covered for the new date. I am sorry that you were not notified by Trawick. We have high hopes that we will be able to take this trip in September.

Beyond speaking with someone initially to purchase the policy, I did not interact with Trawick International at all. I also did not need to file a claim as we proceeded with our trip as scheduled. The customer service representative that helped in finding the initial policy was very helpful. I would use this company again

The purchasing process was straightforward. The premium was fair. I did have to call customer service when I adjusted the trip's timeframe and the interaction was quick and pleasant. However, you cannot judge any insurance company until you file a claim. Fortunately, I did not have to do so no comments about claims handling.

I always buy trip insurance, but this was the first time I put in a claim. There's a lot of paperwork required, but the claim was handled pretty quickly. Very happy with the outcome.

Filed a claim and waiting on the status of that claim.

I filed a claim with Trawick more than a week ago. Due to my wife taking a fall and breaking bones in both wrists shortly before our scheduled departure, we were unable to take the trip but were still liable for the VRBO cost of the residence we rented. We have yet to hear from anyone regarding our claim, which included extensive medical and other documentation, as requested. Not very impressive customer service.
