I filed a claim with Trawick more than a week ago. Due to my wife taking a fall and breaking bones in both wrists shortly before our scheduled departure, we were unable to take the trip but were still liable for the VRBO cost of the residence we rented. We have yet to hear from anyone regarding our claim, which included extensive medical and other documentation, as requested. Not very impressive customer service.

I was stuck at the airport when my flight was canceled with the next available flight not until 16 hours later. I had checked out of my hotel, it was evening time and now I needed to find another hotel. I called the customer service line and only waited 5 min until I spoke ro someone. The agent explained I would be covered for hotel, food, cab etc until I got back home. Definitely helped my stress level and budget.
I appreciate how informed customer service was, knowing the type of coverage required for the country I was traveling to.
I also appreciated how easy it was to purchase coverage and that they sent the required documentation I needed.
It was easy to set up this insurance policy. Glad we did not need to use it.
No one returned my call
I had accidently miss-typed my daughters name when making my application. The person I contacted quickly made the correction and sent me my new updated policy.
Our claim has not been processed as yet. It has been over 30 days since our cruise was cancelled.
Need to know when we will get satisfaction and payment for the money we paid for the cruise and the insurance to cover this.

I bought 2 overlapping date policies and the young lady canceled one and put the amount paid back on my credit card. I’ve used Tarwick 7 times and will continue to use them
