After waiting 2 hours on hold for someone to help us get a claim filed, we were told to email customer service. Well, it has been almost 7 days and I have yet to get a reply from my email or a call or anything from a representative. Again, when I called for help, I was referred to send an email again but no reply. This is very fustrating and not what I expected. Just poor customer service. So, as of today, I am still waiting to hear from someone so I know how to proceed with my claim. Extremely slow process to get to a fully denied claim. Will be sure to go out of my way to not recommend this firm to potential travelers. Don’t waste your money with Trawick. They are clearly in the business of not approving valid claims.
Did not need to file a claim, thankfully, but did call with some questions before purchasing and was satisfied with the response and customer service received. The site itself is very user friendly. Would use again if the need for trip insurance arises.
Our trip was canceled and we requested a refund for the policy we took out. They sent our travel companions the refund for their policy but refuse to send ours until we show that we have been reimbursed by Uniworld, which will take up to 90 days. My friends have not received their refund from Uniworld. I have sent them the same paperwork showing the cancelation etc and they still will not refund the money I have emailed and spoken to Trawick and get unsatisfactory replies or none at all
I don't understand why one couple would get their refund immediately and the other doesn't. Will definitely not use this company again!!

Thank you for being travel insurance provider on my recent vacation trip. We all certainly hope that whatever hand life deals us we don't have to use insurance every time. I am so grateful that didn't have to file a claim or need your attention to a matter. However, I have complete confidence that Trawick would have been by my side in the time of need. Took several days to actually get all my questions answered and be able to purchase the policy. Squaremouth representative was not sufficiently knowledgeable to be able to answer my questions and I had to try and wade through getting ahold of Trawick myself personally. Trawick phone tree - impossible. Don't even go there - you won't get through and they won't return your call. They did get back to me via email relatively timely (a couple of days). After that, I was able to purchase what looked to be an excellent policy and the only policy that I could find that would actually cover all your quarantine expense if your return home Covid swab came back positive. So I would give them 4 stars on the policy (it was on the spendier side - otherwise would be 5 star) but 2-3 stars on accessibility of the company in trying to purchase a policy. I did not have to file a claim or reach out to Trawick while on my trip so I can't speak to their customer service in that aspect.
The trip was cancelled so I called and my dates were changed to reflect the rescheduled dates. 5-12-22 to 5-27-22. Please confirm this has been done.
