Once I found the correct phone number to call to check on my claim, things went smoothly. I worked with Kevin most of the time. He and his colleagues were great with communicating the process to me. Highly recommend
Safety nets are incredibly important during these times and I am glad I found it with Trawick. I did not have to use the insurance however I am glad I had coverage while out of the country.

Impossible to get a live person on their Customer Service phone. The only real way is to email them.
I was in a war zone when my flight back to the US was cancelled by the airline company. I tried to call a few times to extend the policy and when finally I got through to them via email it was 2 days after expiration. Despite my explanation that I could not call at any time; had no internet etc - they were adamant to NOT extend the policy.
