Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
When the start date changed they were helping in updating the policy.
I submitted claims back in July and they kept asking for the same documents over and over. I gave them everything multiple times and now they have ghosted me - they never issued a decision on my claim. I am very disappointed in this service. Please contact me immediately and approve my claim.
We misplaced our policy information just prior to our trip. I wrote Trawick in a panic, and they responded with replacement information exceptionally quickly. Super service!
I filed a very small claim for lab tests and prescriptions after seeing a doctor during my trip. After waiting months for a decision, I was told more documentation about my trip was required. This was a self-arranged trip, not a package tour, and It's simply not worth my time for such a small amount; I feel I've already wasted time and money just filing the claim. I certainly will never purchase another policy from you and will not recommend your company to others.
Since this tripbwas cancelled, Squaremouth instructed me to contact Trawick, which I did. They were very helpful, not only in canceling, but extending the insurance to another trip I am taking in February,
I was downgraded on the eastbound flight from San Francisco to Delhi from Premium Economy to coach. It was a 17 hour flight. I can only conclude my insurance did not cover this because no option was available to make this claim. I did try though. There should be an "other" option, allowing for a brief explanation by the traveler. Then, the insurance company can reply and state unequivocally, we cover this or we don't.
This was our first time to take out travel insurance and our first time to file a claim. My husband took a fall and required medical attention from our resort doctor on duty. When we arrive home, I filed a claim. I was so impressed that within 30 days I had received my reimbursement. We will be using this company for now on.
It was difficult to file all needed documents because company handling claim kept saying additional documents were needed after I believed all documents had been shared. Now I am waiting 15 business days to hear from processors.
Claim TRSR45724. I have been waiting almost 2 months for the refund on our trip. Your company that you use to settle claims (mySureGo.com) does not communicate with those making a claim. I have had to beg for information about this claim. I was given information from a representative that this had been expedited yet I am still waiting. This is unacceptable when you are dealing with medical trauma as well. My husband had a major stroke and we were unable to take the trip. I would appreciate some help on getting this through. If I do not see results soon I may have to turn this over to the insurance commissioner.
Thanks for any help you can provide,
Laurice and Richard Porter
We had to cancel our entire trip.Because my daughter got a parasite. It has been almost 2 months since we filed our claim. I've called three times and have gotten absolutely nothing to show for it.
