Trawick was not easy to deal with. When my trip was cancelled they didn’t give a refund, but a credit to use later.
Other companies, like Allianz, issued a credit to my card immediately.

Mark from tradwick helped me out a lot. I was worried that Because I was sick ( did not have Covid) and they wouldn’t let me on the flight but he reassured me that tradwick would help me out

They haven’t called or emailed me in over a month. They never answer the phone no matter what time u call. They claim to be busy with travelers during covid. Personally I will never use them again

I have called twice to inquire about filing a claim. A nice lady helped me the first time by looking at my policy and hearing the details of my travel delay. But in the end she just gave me another number to call for Trawick International customer service. I called and a recording came on that said there was no one to answer the phone. I left a message for a call back. It has been 3 days and I haven’t had a call back. Poor service I’d say.
I still didn't receive refund for my air tickets my vacation been canceled in December 1 2020,because of critical medical issues.
I bought the policy with the special Costa Rica rider. The agent was very good and seemed very knowledgeable. I printed it out.

For your Trawick International insurance to be accepted at the airport, you must present the QR code part of your travel insurance documentation. Without showing the QR code, there is no way for the Trawick International insurance to be validated.
The service was wonderful, price was great and Company had great reviews but I never had to file a claim so I truly cannot tell you my full experience with the Company. I will continue to use them as long as their reviews continue to be good and I have no problem.
I had to cancel my trip because my destination was "Covid Code Red." They would not reimburse me for my trip AND DID NOT refund the amount I paid for the policy even though I did not go on the trip.
