This adds insult to injury!!! NO NEVER USED IT 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE WERE TO GO, MY WIFE HAD EMERGENCY BACK SURGERY. When we discover this problem I called and as for forgiveness as we would not be using the insurance because of the surgery, she could not travel. Your agent said "that's why you took the insurance"! I said but the air and the resort costs were reimbursed to us and out of professional curiously I thought you would have also?. You folks are the gougers in my opinion, I offered to supply a Dr.s verification, the agent said NO this is why you had insurance.....really!!

The coverage seems great, but I didn't hear back after filing a claim via email to say they received it and how long it would take to process. I had to call customer service to make sure it was received and find out how long it takes, but they were easy to get in touch with. Hoping the claim goes through!
