We first like to thank you for choosing Trawick International as your travel insurance provider and secondly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at the airport. For your Trawick International insurance to be accepted at the airport, you must present the QR code part of your travel insurance documentation. Without showing the QR code, there is no way for the Trawick International insurance to be validated.
The service was wonderful, price was great and Company had great reviews but I never had to file a claim so I truly cannot tell you my full experience with the Company. I will continue to use them as long as their reviews continue to be good and I have no problem.
I had to cancel my trip because my destination was "Covid Code Red." They would not reimburse me for my trip AND DID NOT refund the amount I paid for the policy even though I did not go on the trip.
Obtaining this insurance was quick, easy and painless. The customer service representative I spoke with was beyond helpful and nice. This was the least stressful part about planning a trip abroad. Highly recommend.
