Initial inquiry person was new and was not helpful. I had to ask for his supervisor.

TU for providing travel health insurance. Fortunately, we are ok.

Simple, quick, not expensive,

Glad we did not need to use the insurance but was glad we had it. Liked that we had many options of coverage to choose from and rates were reasonable.
Would use this travel insurance again.

Have had positive experience with a loss claim in past. Hopefully will have same experience with recent claim for luggage damage.

Our claim was sent to Global Benefits Group and forwarded to the Claims Department for review on Monday, Oct 28 ,2019. We're waiting to find out if the claim will be honored or if additional information is required.

They provided adequate answers to all my questions related to the possible delay or cancellation of my scheduled trip due to an impending Typhoon.

We had to cancel the trip due to a hip replacement.

My husband was in the hospital and we did not go on our trip. Filing a claim was a bit of a problem and took some time but I sent all the required paperwork and received a full refund. I am pleased.
