Did not get any reply after I sent the email?
Fortunately, we did not need to call on Trawick, but there was a moment when I was going to call. We showed up at our destination but our luggage did not. My became anxious but I was able to comfort her with a reminder that we were insured and our vacation could continue.
Since we didn’t need to make a claim we did not have much interaction with them.
It took a while, but our claim was finally approved due to documentation of pre-existing conditions.
The web site was easy to use.
We had to cancel our cruise due to my wife's cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgery. We were reimbursed half our prepaid cruise fee from Viking Cruises. I submitted a claim for the other half to Nationwide/Trawick on or about March 10, 2010. I have had no response from them to date.

Good morning. You may want to check your mail. The claim was already processed and a check was mailed on 4/10/19 from an address in Florida to the address that you requested that the check be mailed to. I confirmed that the address is the same as the one you used when you applied for coverage.
If you don’t have the check please reach out to my office at 888-301-9289 and ask to speak with me and I will get a new one issued.
I called the claims dept at 888-352-3169 the day after I arrived in New Zealand but my luggage did not. I was given a claim number. Three days went by and I received no communication. The next day (4 days after vacation started) my luggage arrived and I got an email from On Call International advising me that my luggage had not yet been located by the airline. The next day they sent an email that my luggage was " in the delivery status". So, they were of no help in locating my luggage. Additionally, I was informed that the Baggage Delay benefit would only cover clothing/toiletries for which I had a dated receipt, nothing for the inconvenience.
The csr sent me to the website to download forms. Still completing. A lot of paperwork to come
Tara, The claim forms for Nationwide ask about you, your trip and what you lost and how. If you have a form that is longer than 2 pages and a signature page, you may have downloaded the wrong company’s form – please check that it says Nationwide.
