Our flight was delayed 9 hours. Because of the delay we arrived at 3:00A.M. . Our transportation from the airport was no longer available. Trawick covered the cost in a timely manner. I was very pleases.
I got sick in Jerusalem and I prefer to wait to see a doctor And went the Doctor see me gave medicine for Bacteria that I got there and went I call they told if I wasn't hospitalice it does not cover me and I still sick

It took a long time to get my policy. I had to call several times. They took my address and said they would mail it to my home. It didn't arrive so I called again. They said they don't mail things out but some friends got their policy in the mail. They said they sent it by email but the address they sent it to was nowhere near the address I had given them. That required another call to change the email address. I was getting a little anxious as my departure date was coming up soon. Finally I had some friends print it out for me since I don't have a printer.

Shane, in order for the policy to cover a hurricane you have to purchase the insurance coverage before they named it. In your case they named hurricane Irma on August 30,2017 which was before you bought the insurance coverage on 9/4. This plan won’t cover any trip cancellation once the storm was named. Perhaps you can get some of your money back from the airline. You should contact them and see what they can do.

Tickets were purchased on August 30th, but the airline does not offer travel insurance , so it took me 4 days to find a company and purchase travel insurance. Much of the delay was caused by my local agent who did not want me to outsource a new company .That's what caused the delay. But the tickets were purchased on the 30th of August.
We took the insurance as we invited the 3 visitors to be with us. They are returned home now without incident. We live in Canada wanted to unload the risk.
They were very friendly and helpful. I will use again the next time I am out of the country.
