I submitted my claim for a refund of air tickets due to the trip cancelation a month ago (12 January). Since that time I did not get any responces regarging an outcome of my claim that make me unhappy.

I have found dealing with Squaremouth and its carriers effortless and very effective. I rest easy knowing that I am protected. I called Trawick once only to confirm the terms of my protection, prior to my trip. It too was easy and I was assured that the coverage I was seeking was in effect.

We had to cancel our trip to India due to my wife's medical problem. We will be filing a claim shortly. We hope that process goes smoothly.

Great summaries on Squaremouth from which to pick the perfect product. Was sent by a gentleman in your department to Trawick to have a question answered and they seemed a bit rude, but at least I had confidence in the product I bought.

My wife had her passport and wallet stolen while we were on the street. The customer service person basically told us that since it wasn't stolen out of our luggage we probably wouldn't get reimbursed at all so it was pointless to file a claim.

We never went on the trip. We had a death in the family. I filed a claim but have not heard anything yet.

My interaction with Trawick was pleasant and proffesssional. Pricing was competitive and will use again.

travel ins.makes me and my family have a trouble free vacation. i feel secure when i have insurance in my trips.Squremouth was easy and simple to buy.i had to call customer service for a question and it was handled promptly. that assured me that in case of need i would be fine.

My trip dates changed and I was able to change the coverage period to reflect that very easily and without any additional charges.

Pleas provide an email address to which I can forward details of my appeal, since I am of the opinion that it reflects badly on your firm.
