Number of policy is strange, we have two and they have been connected with policy number.
We send the same information for claim in different variations twice

It was relatively straight forward to use the website. When there was a billing problem, I called to fix it and someone from Squarenouth also called me to help. We didn't make any claims, so I can't comment on te actual insurance.

This was the only policy I could find with cancellation benefits, which I didn't have to use in the end, but need due to my wife's precarious health situation.

This is the first time I've used Square Mouth or bought travel insurance for travel out of the country so I wasn't sure what I needed. I called the help desk and the agent was awesome. She answered all my questions and helped me decide which policy was best for my situation. She was very patient and helpful and did not try to steer me toward any specific company or try to get me to buy a more expensive policy.

very easy and reasonably priced. Gave us peace of mind while overseas. Had to talk with a rep before leaving because of incorrect info on policy (my fault), and rep was extremely helpful and friendly.
