I cannot say about using the actual insurance but I did call their customer service number and got mi questions resolved immediately. I will buy again!

I mailed the claim over a month to the insurance company and have heard nothing from them. I am upset that they are ignoring my claim and have not contacted me at all.

It is hard to answer second question..I hope we NEVER have to put in a claim..just comforting to know we are covered if need be..

We were unable to go on our trip because my husband has become gravely ill. He is still in the hospital. I filled out the claim forms, and gathered all the information required for Trawick. I sent it certified mail to them, as they directed. My mail receipt says it should have reached them on Oct.14. I plan to go to the post office today to double check that.
I called them yesterday to see if they needed anything else, and they had no record of my claim. I am hoping they can locate my info and notify me. As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time, and I hope it doesn't get more complicated.

Had to cancel trip due to medical issue. Very quick with refund and very easy to submit claim using email and attaching all needed information. Definitely would recommend

It was easy to purchase & great price. As far as making a claim, I cannot comment on that since no accidents occurred.

Our travel went off without a hitch, so it was not necessary to file a claim. I went with Trawick International based on coverage and price. It was much less than what the travel company offered. The customer service agent was thorough in explaining the coverage. I will consider using this insurance again.

Found this strange named entity on the internet. Lots of other providers of insurance but none had the full coverage like you did and that I needed. Cost was most reasonable, the coverage was broad, and getting the policy was easy. I have recommended your policy to several friends who travel to europe. I will be purchasing through you on my next trip to europe.
