It was easy to file the claim. All the documents on the website were straightforward and easy to download.
However it has now been 30 business days since I filed the claim and I still have not heard anything. I will be calling again today to see if any progress has been made on my claim.

I have filed a claim because of illness, I was not able to travel. I haven't heard anything back yet.
The trip that was insured was a September 2024 riverboat cruise with American Queen Voyages that filed for bankruptcy in May 2024. Since there was no cruise to insure I requested a refund of the cost of the travel insurance. The underwriter eventually agreed to a prorated refund. While I was happy to get a partial refund, under a COVID situation I was able to get a full refund.
Our train was cancelled and I am hoping they will cover the cost of the driver we had to use since our train was cancelled.

It has taken a long time for Trawick to process my claim. Trawick can take my trip money immediately but take 15 days to review whether to refund my money with a legitimate claim. In addition, falsly accuse that Viking Cruise granted me some type of voucher after the cruise. Which only slowed the process! Which Trawicj has YET TO PAY!! I am not pleased with the claim policy time period!
The company has not met their own timelines. I have to call them for status report. After I submitted all requested documents, now they want a Dr. Report. Their e mail claims to have an attached form, not true. I have to call their office to track down the form! In the mean time they want me to complete this process within their dates and time is being waisted since they didn’t attached the form
