I submitted my claim documents for travel cancellation on Sept. 9 and received an automated email confirmation of receipt the same date. I have not had any contact since. I do wish it were possible to check the status of my claim by logging into the site. I will be happy to provide an updated review after my claim has been settled. Thank you!

I have no idea how well it would have gone had I made a claim because I didn't need to make a claim. Customer service was okay when I contacted them but I never received the policy until I contacted them.

I have purchased Trawick Travel Insurance In the past and have had a good experience, especially since I have not had to file a claim before this trip. I am looking forward to sharing my claim experience with you in the future.

Per marketing material it's a good policy. HOWEVEVR, no claim was filed so unsure how it is working in real life.

My trip was delayed 24 hours and I had purchased insurance that covered any trip interruption. It was an incredible hassle just to reach the right people to file my claim. And now it has been almost a month since I filed my claim and I have not heard back the insurance your company provided. I am very displeased now.

This is the only company that has charged significantly more when I had to change my travel dates by one day.

I was happy with the service & product. It was pretty inexpensive, but I'm glad I didn't have to use it. Thank you.
