This claim was filed in APRIL. It is now AUGUST. Have NEVER had this kind of experience with a travel insurance company and I travel a great deal. This was the first time I have tried your company. It has been a nightmare. You accept my claim information and then a month later you ask for something else. I called AGAIN today. Now you are blaming the doctor for not send complete medical history! He previously sent a complete summary of the seriousness of my condition. What more do needs to be said? At the end of June you asked for a form Release of Information.You have been dragging your feet so as not to pay my rightful claim!
Now I can't even get into my claim when you've emailed me to say claim can be viewed for updates. Can't enter my Certificate! Terrible way of doing business, but I guess very cost effective.

There was a trip interruption prior to me leaving the states and on my way. This interruption caused me to loose a deposit on an accommodation. After submitting all documents my claim was denied because I was not on my trip. Had I been on the trip it would have been covered.
I feel this is not clear in the documents. My trip interruption was valid as my plane reservation was cancelled and we couldn't find another airlines to get us to that destination in a reasonable time, <24 hrs. My claim should have been honored.
Overall initial experience was fine. Customer service interaction was OK, they were pretty knowledgeable, but could not commit to answering a direct question or providing direction other than restating the policy. They could then direct you to a claims person, who i s a 3rd party company.
Squaremouth has incorrect information on their website. We wanted a plan with primary medical coverage and they have your plans listed incorrectly. I called an agent at Trawick to ask an unrelated question and thankfully it came up and we bought the correct policy
I filed a claim on July 1 and still haven’t heard anything. Their website says they pay within 15 days, but that did not happen, so I’m not sure what to think about Trawick yet. Their customer service and claim processing does not seem as good as the only other company I’ve filed a claim with, AXA.
Our flight got delayed for more than 24 hours. Tried to call customer service and got long wait then I decided to accept the automatic call back. But they never called. So as assistant.
Got back home and tried to file the claim by email asking where is the link for claim via claim email. It has been 3 days still no reply
