Trawick International took 5 months to find the slightest reason to deny a legitimate claim. The least they could do is approve the loss of $90 for 3 US passport cards that were lost from our baggage.
Wouldn't travel without insurance from Trawick. Excellent customer service.

I don’t recommend using this provider due to poor customer service and very slow responses. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue with the airline as this insurance policy was useless (waste of money)…recommend Amex travel insurance.
At this time the insurance is fine. I need to file a claim.
Gave me peace of mind that any problem encountered would be covered & help was available. Fortunately, I had no health or other problems during my monthly travel.
I filed a claim 07/31 and then reached out to the customer service on Aug 2 and had to leave a voice mail and I have not heard back
My wife has filed a claim with Trawick for emergency room eye care (conjunctivitis).
Realmente fue un poco confuso cómo funciona el seguro. Cuando teníamos una emergencia médica, llamamos al número de Trawick International, nos dijeron que debo llamar a nuestra aseguradora. Esto no lo entendimos. Se supone que Trawick es nuestra aseguradora. Después alguien nos dio el número de ON-CALL INTERNATIONAL quienes si realmente nos atendieron EXELENTE. Pero para reclamar el reembolso de los gastos por emergencia, es con otra empresa que se llama STARR. A ellos le enviamos las facturas y estamos esperando las respuestas.

This claim was filed in APRIL. It is now AUGUST. Have NEVER had this kind of experience with a travel insurance company and I travel a great deal. This was the first time I have tried your company. It has been a nightmare. You accept my claim information and then a month later you ask for something else. I called AGAIN today. Now you are blaming the doctor for not send complete medical history! He previously sent a complete summary of the seriousness of my condition. What more do needs to be said? At the end of June you asked for a form Release of Information.You have been dragging your feet so as not to pay my rightful claim!
Now I can't even get into my claim when you've emailed me to say claim can be viewed for updates. Can't enter my Certificate! Terrible way of doing business, but I guess very cost effective.
