Your customer service agent was very helpful in advising which policy I should purchase.

The claim was processed within a month which was a reasonable time but we believe it could be processed faster. There was very limited communication. We wish there would be a way to at least track the claim while it was in process.

Trawick International: Filling a Claim online with them is very complicated; we have been trying for 2weeks.

It took over a month to get the result of claim which was denial. I purchased a plan with pre-existing coverage. I am 80 years old with a fractured pelvis, cancer, and an artificial urinary valve. Most of the tours on our trip, I was able to attend; however, a few tours I was too ill to complete. During the time of booking these tours, I thought my body would be able to handle them. I submitted a note from my primary care physician, which was obviously ignored. The insurance company wanted me to see a foreign physician which in my case is not possible. My medical care team does not want any random doctor going in and messing me up. Trawick has been absolutely horrible to deal with and is doing everything in their power to avoid paying a legit claim. They simply do not honor their policy and I would not recommend anyone purchase from them.

I didn't need to use the plan, but I felt peace of mind knowing I had it. Purchasing it was easy and my phone interaction with customer service was pleasant and helpful.

Filed a claim for severely delayed baggage. Trawick set up all kinds of hoops to jump through, tons of required documentation, etc. Not an easy to use customer friendly experience.

Additionally, they are so slow to reply. Took several days each time I submitted something to hear a response.

Was never clear on what my coverage was. There were differences in the information from you and the carrier. But overall very easy.

Easy to purchase this travel insurance! I had looked for hours and finally settled on this plan. The price was right and the offer of coverage was great!
