I filed my claim on 12/26/2023 and sent a follow up email the same date. As of 1/09/24, I have not received any response.

Lots of stalling and delay. We sent lots of medical info supporting the fact my wife was unable to embark on the trip due to orthopedic issues. Still no response or reimbursement from them. Frustrated!!

The carrier made filing a demanding process even though they did eventually pay. When I furnished everything they requested on the claim paperwork they continued to ask for more information. The additional information they requested seemed to be a delaying tactic since I had already sent the information. I had to contact the travel agent and have them send and confirm the same information I had already sent. It took 3 months to get a refund of my cruise deposit. Also not easy to reach via phone they wanted me to do everything via computer.

Though the trip did not require any claims, despite a protest in Dublin, I felt more confident traveling somewhere I had not been before knowing I had this as back up in case something happened.

Thankful we didn’t need to use it!

Our planned trip to Hawaii weas cancelled due to our passports being out of date. We were pleased that Squaremouth provided a full refund and look forward to using their services for our upcoming spring vacation.

Everyone was exceptionally polite

I was injured about two months before my trip's departure. When it became obvious that I would not be able to travel, my daughter started the claim process. It all proceeded smoothly. The claim payment was made without any problems. Will definitely use Trawick again.

Easy to purchase a policy. When we purchased airline tickets it was easy to add more to our insurance policy.
