I had a baby stroller lost during my flight from LHR to PKX, filed a claim immediately with trawick, claim number 983091394-2003232. Have not heard back at all. The process seems very slow and non responsive. Please check the status and reach back out to me on how to receive compensation. Thanks

I normally don't purchase travel insurance when going on a cruise or international travel, and I didn't plan on purchasing it this time either. Carnival required me to purchase insurance on this trip because we were going to New Caledonia. I considered this purchase of over $40 a waste of money because I was forced to buy it. I am a senior and had to pay more than my sister in law who is younger than I am. She paid $20-something. I didn't think that was fair that I had to pay more than she did.
I am filing a claim due to illness and a missed flight. I spoke to customer rep, Lydia on 9/27/2023 at 11:50 MST and she emailed me the claim form for reimbursement. I can't seem to fill it out online. So, I printed it and will likely fax it to you along with supporting documents.
Not impressed thus far. My daughter suffered an injury on our trip. My initial contact was sympathetic and helpful when I called about trying to go home early as a result of the injuries she sustained in the accident. We couldn't find optimal flights home so we stuck to our original flights and made the best of it.
The 2 customer service contacts thereafter were not helpful. I had to call twice for an accident form. I was told I had an excess coverage medical policy, despite providing them with a copy of their own coverage form showing we paid for and had primary coverage.
I sent an email inquiring about the coverage which has gone ignored.
I am weary of dealing with them. I have a few out of pocket medical expenses I will try to submit to them, but am thus far unimpressed with their customer service. We will not purchase another Trawick policy.
I fell on De3, 2023 in Mexico and sent all documentation I was asked to provide, and still no money? I am leaving on Nov12, 2023 for my yearly vacation!

I had to increase my insurance amount and they were easy to work with.
Ours was a simple trip to Canada but we wanted adequate coverage.
Fortunately, we didn't have any problems but it was comforting to have travel insurance.
Trying to get Trawick to respond
I called and told technician that my passport was stolen
She checked with her supervisor and told me what to do
And what receipts to save and how to file the claim when i got home and yes it would be covered
I did it all but claim was denied
I am very disappointed!!!
