I attempted to submit a claim via the online claim link and it stated that my policy number was not recognized. I called and was told I had to use the "contact us" link on the site and someone would call me to set up my account. I did so twice and never received a response via phone nor email. I submitted via email 8/28/23 and received a confirmation email that my claim was received but have not heard anything since. It has been 3 weeks and nothing.

Checking reviews about claims most everyone states it difficult to contact them and it’s takes a minimum of 60-90 for anyone to look at your claim. Many reviews stated it had been 6 months or more and claim was still pending.
If I’d read the reviews before purchasing I would have looked for another insurance company
All paperwork has been submitted to NWTravClaims at cbpins dot com for claim number 168032 7/27/23. I received automated reply stating they are busy. I have not received any additional info until your e-mail. I do not know how long this type of claim usually takes. Please advise if you require any additional information. I was glad I had this insurance as was unexpectedly hospitalized shortly before our trip. Two months later, still getting back to health. You never know when something will happen. This was one less thing to stress about. Alot of info to e-mail Trawick but service was good and paid within a month of my final paperwork to them. I will definitely purchase this again on our big trips. Thank you, Maureen
Contacted them to modify travel date which was easily done Overall the policy covered everything we may need luckily we didn’t have to use it but we’re happy to have the coverage just in case
waiting final approval on claim - had to cancel due to spouse injury due to a fall. Customer service has been helpful answering questions to help me file claim
Excellent customer service! I was in the hospital for one week in Thailand, and they were extremely responsive to my phone calls and communicating with the hospital insurance provider. They checked on me via text and email to make sure I was okay. Really exceptional service.
I am completely satisfied with the process & outcome.
I asked for a copy of detailed policy similar to what I received in the past from other carriers and was only sent the same summary page I received at purchase. I was unable to get my question answered. I don’t know if I was speaking to a Trawick rep or a Squaremouth rep.
