I filed a claim on July 17th and have not received a reply yet. Just a replay saying “we are extremely busy now so you may not hear from us right away”.
Daughter became I’ll physician write note sent in the receipt for hotel charge. Now asking for additional information even through what I sent was very complete. Just think your asking for more detailed information from the physician, which is hard to get because now I have to make another appointment with the doctor. Quite frustrating
Can only tell how good once I get all paperwork together, file the claim and indeed get paid!
They seemed to be helpful once I could actually find the direct contact number.
Up to this point it’s been great, having piece of mind pre, during and post trip.
We shall see how the claims process proceeds.
First day of travel, so many delays that American Airlines could not get us to our destination, impossible. As a result, we were forced to rent a car and drive to our destination in Key West.
We are asking for reimbursement for rental car in our claim.
I had entered a birthdate incorrectly and only noticed it after submitting the policy. I immediately called and my issue was resolved quickly and the updated information was sent to me. The person that I spoke with was kind and helpful. I will use your company again in the future and will recommend them. Thank you.
You exceeded my expectations. The claim submission was very easy. My claim was processed quickly and my payment was received in just a few days. Thank you!
I sent in my claim on 7/26/23 but I haven't heard anything from you yet. I would appreciate hearing from you to let me know the status of my claim.
Thank You
The cruise with Cunard went ahead. Two of the four excursions I planned - both not via Cunard - were canceled without notice. I had no connection onboard since I didn't want to pay so much for Internet when vacationing. One had a good sub by the vendor. The other was a mess and poorly handled by the local vendor with Viator trying to help at the last minute. I will be following up with the local vendor who reached out, but again, no Internet during the voyage. I returned home with Covid, and my companion got back to LA with Norovirus and extreme symptoms. I doubt I will ever cruse again. Glad to have the coverage with Trawick and know you are connected with the Nationwide network. We had a sense of safety in case of emergency with decent pricing . Thank you.
I have tried unsuccessfully for well over an hour to file a claim for a canceled flight and subsequent hotel and taxi charges. The only way to file a claim, according to the customer service person, is to handle online. Every time I try to register my account, a requirement, I get a message that the information provided does not match their records. There is no explanation where things don't match. I am very frustrated and have sent an email requesting help. I have yet to hear back.

Our claim was for less than $400 (all receipts provided). After a couple of weeks, we received, what looked like just a standard response, an email indicating that, in order to process the claim, we needed to provide additional documentation showing our complete trip itinerary, proof that we indeed paid for the trip, proof that we paid the airfare and complete itinerary showing the revised itinerary after our trip was interrupted. Since our children paid for all of this using their credit cards, and we reimbursed them using Zelle, and all of this was done last October, there was no way to resurrect all the documentation for such a small claim. And, to top it all, our children packed up and are moving to Switzerland this week. I indicated this as a response to their email request for additional documentation, got no response until this week, when the same standard email arrived this week asking for additional documentation before claim consideration. The insurance company has successfully stymied and wasted my time for such a small claim. I threw in the towel and their shareholders can now split the $378 they successfully managed to keep for themselves. I will NEVER purchase insurance from you or them again!
