I filed two claims. One for Vantage Travel cancelled trip. Another for my wife's medical issues before the trip. Not clear whatb is up with either and no indication of time to get refund.

Very simple straight forward process.
we had to make several changes to our policy (dates & amount of coverage). it was hard to have a "paper trail" - didn't receive confirming emails, had to resort to credit card billing records to be sure we'd paid updated premiums, etc. other companies do this better.
also, could never find a page on the website which confirmed the amount of coverage.
I have been unable to file a claim. I tried filing online and it would not go through. I called, put on hold and they hung up. 0 stars
Representative was helpful on phone - emergency medical and trip interruption claim. Still pending.
Great service! I did not have a claim this time, but had to make a last minute update to the policy to adjust the dates, and the process was easy, with fair price to add another couple of days.
