I had to cancel the trip due to illness, sent an inquiry asking if I could receive a credit to use the policy for an upcoming trip, provided proof of my cancellations and have not heard back.
I received only an acknowledgment that my submission was received, that I would be contacted but have not heard from them since.
I noticed the day of my travel that I had the wrong return date on my policy. I called customer service, and they were able to add the correct return date to the policy with no problem. Excellent customer service.
I just filed the claim for our trip that we had to cancel due to an injury to my husband. Prior to the cancellation, I had to call Trawick a few times to increase our coverage as we make payments. Each time I called, the person I dealt with was pleasant and handled my situation properly.
