We went to the nurse on the Emerald Princess. There was no charge for the service, but we did purchase medication from them at a cost of $35.00. I do not intend to seek reimbursement.
This claim, medical, was handled quickly in about 3 weeks online without any representative.
We filed the claim a week after returning home. To our surprise, the check came in the mail two weeks later. Awesome.
I had no problems...
I found the online claim form difficult to use. After I had attached all of the documents requested, only two of them were actually attached. I then sent an e-mail with the missing documents. I called Customer Service who told me they could not check to see if all of the documents were received. Several days later, I received an email requesting the additional documents I had already sent. I attached the documents again. I received my check within two weeks.
I am so thankful and grateful for the 24 hour travel assist since I ended up breaking my ankle while on my trip and the service was perfect with bringing me back hime with a nurse on plane. I want to continue to thank and thank for the while service.
I did interact briefly with your customer service by phone. I made an error filling out my information and needed to correct it. A very nice man (whose name I do not have - sorry) made the change for me and sent me a corrected copy after our conversation. He was very pleasant and did a very good job.
We had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency the night before boarding the cruise. We filed a claim under the Trip Interruption portion of our policy.
They explained what we needed to provide for our claim. once we got the required paperwork completed and submitted to Trawick International, they issued our refund within 30 days. We have no complaints as to what transpired.
