My trip was interrupted and so I tried to log in to create an account so I could submit a claim but the system didn’t work and I still don’t have an account I can log into even though I filed a claim.

It is very difficult to get in touch with them. They only do the form online. You give them what they want and some how they need something else. When I explained that they had it all and resent it, I received another email asking the exact same question.

Easy to use and compare policies. That was the most important feature

I knew exactly what I was purchasing and was hoping that I would not have the need to use any of the benefits.

I had to cancel our trip due to my grandmother's unexpected passing. I am still in process of receiving the money back.

Good service and Easy to get information.

They've sent me claim materials.

1. 23 February 2023, which I have not received a any type response after 4 weeks
2 today 26 March 2023.

I'm not happy with Trawick International as I still waiting for their response I'm really hope they give me a quick response.
