I sent claim forms twice. It appears you have not received it. I did not go on the trip. I injured my right knee and it got progressively worse. MRI revealed 2 ligament tears. It has taken time to obtain the MRI. and get appointment with Ortho. It was very hectic at Ortho visit that the Doc left before filling out the portion of the medical statement. I am trying to reach back to the provider but no return response. I have PT appt in April but will continue to persue physician.

Fortunately we did not need to use this policy. Our only interaction was to update our visa information and our call was answered promptly and professionally. We had the updated policies in minutes.
Our return flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. I called 24 hour customer service while we were attempting to get hotel accommodations. I was told that no one could assist me until I filed a claim????
Easy purchase did not used the insurance
We bought this insurance to cover anything that could have happened. We got sick with food poisoning and missed our flight home. Non of the airlines would rebook us nor Fareboom. We thought hopefully we can get our return home flight refunded ($800ish) and nothing because we didn't have a doctors note. How are we supposed to see a doctor when we are in the hotel room puking and defecating our brains out and had multiple taxi drivers refuse to take us. I'm suppose to spend more money in am ambulance to take me to a doctor in order to show proof of food poisoning in hopes of getting reimbursed?! I spent money on a scam is how I feel. What was the point in getting travelers insurance. Then when I filing my claim I'm being directed in different directions on who I need to contact and where to go and the customer service was awful. I'm livid.
First time purchase of Travel Insurance. Seemed like a good idea to have that coverage since we were going to Egypt and Covid is still a reality

My claim has been filed and I am awaiting their response. I received a message that it was received and they had a large number of claims so it might take some time. I cannot judge how they have handled my claim until they do handle it.
Impossible to place the claim. Form is not easy to understand (wording is general and vague). Form only allows one upload per claim category (we purchased our tickets in multiple transactions, so we have lots of support documents.) Staff is nice when you call customer service e but give conflicting directions. We've used allianz without issue. Hoping to get this resolved quickly.
