My mother had gotten sick a week before our trip and I called to see if a claim would pay if I needed to stay home with her. It was confirmed that it would. She ended up getting well enough for me to go but it was nice peace of mind.

Handled quickly and efficiently, no problems
We filed a claim on 12/20/22 and have not had resolution to the claim. I had expected our claim would have been resolved by now. Additionally, we had called and left a message with Trawick when we first filed our claim asking them to reach out to us because we had a question, and they had not called back by the following week. We had to reach out to them again before we received assistance with filing our claim. Overall, we have not found them to be very responsive.
I was claiming the insurance for the trip to Iseal and Jordan (gate 1 tour) until now no payment reimburse to me. Please check it and get back to me.

When we encountered a Trip Delay we contacted customer trip assistance for help. They were unable to assist with locating a hotel, not a major issue, but the only question we posed.
The policy indicates that a claim must be filed within 7 days of the incident for which a claim is being made. I did not discover this detail in the policy until we completed the trip and began the claim filing process, four weeks after the trip delay event at the beginning of the 3 week trip covered by this policy. I am proceeding with filing a claim but now have no confidence the claim will be honored. Check back with me later on this.
Trawick - first they said we had to go through a website, which would only progress so far then wouldn't allow further progress. Which was a waste of my tiem. When we called, Trawick said to just use the form and attach receipts to it. The form cannot be filled in on the computer. So I asked them to please mail me a hard copy. This was February 3, and now it's Feb. 9, I still haven't received it.
I am wondering how to show Air Bnb receipts; will photos of my app be sufficient?

Customer service was very vague about whether I had a right to file a claim and would not answer questions other than to advise to fill out a claim form.
Due to a medical issue (shortness of breath) upon arrival. It was determined this was due to such a high elevation 9,000 feet. I had to immediately return home. Now I'm having to JUMP THROUGH "HOOPS" to provide so many documents (up to 24 pages and counting). Very, very difficult frustrating experience.
