I submitted claim via email 2 weeks ago and received NO acknowledgement.
Customer service the worst I have ever experienced.
Getting back to a client after 17 days from the sent email is not acceptable.
I got an answer to my inquiry once I was already back from my trip.
Looking forward to completing our claim for trip interruption. We are waiting for receiving a per-diem cost from Odysseys Unlimited to complete the claim.
The phone numbers with which I was provided were not correct.
Using my policy number, I was not able to register on line with the claims processing site nor file a claim through that online portal, as described in the policy document. I had to make 4 phone calls and wait on hold a long time in order to receive instructions to open the claim.

It was difficult to start the claim process as the phone number provided on the all of the documents was incorrect for my policy. For same reason I was also unable to initiate the process on line. It took over one hour and many phone calls and wait time to speak to someone who sent me email to start process. But after that, it was straightforward and my claim for medical service was processed quickly.
Most of the medical service provide did not recoginize the travel insurance that we bought from you. We are not able to use the insurance.
Fortunately even though we got sick on our vacation we did not have to cancel.
I called once from the airport to ask a question and got an immediate response which pleasantly surprised me. Thank you
