After filing my claim with WorldTrips and providing all the documentation required to support the claim, I waited patiently to hear back from the company. I fully expected to have a battle with the insurance company to resolve my claim. However, in about two weeks after filing the claim I received a check in the mail that completely satisfied my wife and I about our claim. We will definitely use WorldTrips and Squaremouth again in the future for every trip that we take.
Very difficult to file claim.was impossible to do online, although they say it's easy.ended up having to print everything at library to send(100+pages) needed 5 separate claim headings; bag delay, trip delay,missed connect...on 3rd and final appeal now

When we had a last minute medical issue and had to cancel our trip, I uploaded everything into the portal, and they completed the claim in a few weeks with no hassles. Great experience.
Excellent result from my claim, I was totally satisfied and will definitely use this (these) company (ies) again. This is the first time I've ever had to claim so I wasn't sure how the process was going to work out.
The only thing I would add is that I found it very onerous having to upload a whole lot of paperwork online, when I was only actually claiming for two aspects. If I ever have to claim again, I'd try to opt for doing it the "old" paperwork & mailing method!
