The phone numbers with which I was provided were not correct.
Using my policy number, I was not able to register on line with the claims processing site nor file a claim through that online portal, as described in the policy document. I had to make 4 phone calls and wait on hold a long time in order to receive instructions to open the claim.

Most of the medical service provide did not recoginize the travel insurance that we bought from you. We are not able to use the insurance.

Fortunately even though we got sick on our vacation we did not have to cancel.
I called once from the airport to ask a question and got an immediate response which pleasantly surprised me. Thank you

When our trip had mishaps it was great to talk to a live person that was knowledgeable and helpful about our policy

Although I didn’t need to file a claim, I was happily as always with Squaremouth and the ease in selecting a policy

A claim for cancelled flights will be made as soon as I put together all of the required documentation. A full review of World Trips will be made at that time.

Very difficult to file claim.was impossible to do online, although they say it's easy.ended up having to print everything at library to send(100+pages) needed 5 separate claim headings; bag delay, trip delay,missed connect...on 3rd and final appeal now
