    Before Trip
    The ordering process was easy and we promptly received policy documentation as well as insurance cards to carry.

    During Trip
    We did not have any direct contact with the company. Thankfully we did not have any issues that required their help.

    Before Trip
    United Airlines had a problem and could not deliver. I could not get to my destination as needed and cancelled the trip. I cancelled my insurance by email at the same time and received a full refund.

    During Trip
    We were fortunate not to need any service from our insurance. During our trip we did not experience any medical issues therefore we cannot evaluate the insurance service during the trip.

    Claim Process
    I submitted a claim over 3 months ago and I haven't been reimbursed yet or any correspondence outside of the email saying that the processing would be delayed (that was in December. Today is the last day of February). I'm starting to regret the fact that I renewed the policy for my sons.

    I didn't have to use the insurance, but the customer service lady was very polite and to have an option of the amount of coverage was nice to have as well.
