I had an issue with the policy before my trip date because I had purchased on policy, but my travel partner lives in a different state. The service I received from the company regarding this matter was excellent. Luckily I did not have to file any claims, so I cannot speak to that.

Having to actually utilize any insurance policy for its intended purpose is never a pleasant experience, In this case having read what was required in making a claim and in also having the required supporting documentation as well made the outcome work. With that being said, the process is cumbersome and it required multiple emails and conversations as well an exhaustive amount of documentation to be submitted in order for the claim to be paid. In my humble opinion there should be an way to process a claim, but I do understand the necessity for validation, you just should not have to send the same data in the same package multiple times before you realize agreement.
We had to cancel our trip when my husband had an injury about a month before departure. Fortunately we were fully reimbursed by World Trips for our nonrefundable expenses. We filed the claim through the World Trips website and received the reimbursement about 3 weeks later. It was a straightforward process, no phone calls required, simply followed the instructions on the website. Will definitely use World Trips again.
Website is easy to navigate and customer reps are outstanding in friendliness and ability to answer questions.

I had to cancel my trip due to my sister having back surgery. The claim was easy and quickly resolved. They paid me for the plane ticket even though I got an extension with the airline, because I don’t think I will be able to use the ticket before it expires due to vacation availability at work.
I had to contact your company a week or two before my trip to get some additional information about what was covered and how to process a claim if needed. Fortunately there was no need to file a claim. Your representative on the phone was super helpful and kind. Inscurance company is very slow to respond and needs a ridiculous amount of information to cover claims. That’s why I got the inscurance was to help with loss. So far has only been a headache and no compensation. What would I do if I didn’t actually have the money to cover my loss?
