The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful . It was super easy to buy the insurance on line and many to choose from, depending on what you were looking for. I will definitely use this company again when I am traveling overseas.

Very easy to manage online, I appreciate that. I needed to make an adjustment to my coverage after I purchased plane tickets and it was easily handled.

I had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons and filed a claim. The initial contact was prompt and the followup phone call was on time. It was very clear as to what documentation was needed. I submitted it, the claim approved and received a refund in a little over a week. I feel this was outstanding service. I've had to deal with other insurance companies which was clear frustration. We bought the medical/evacuation insurance from Tin Leg via the SquareMouth website for our 6 week vacation in Europe. The process was extremely easy and the cost very reasonable. Unfortunately, we had a 2 days delay in Newark due to bad weather and missing our connecting flight to Paris to connect with our Portugal tour. While we did not buy the trip cancellation policy, our Tin Leg medical/evacuation policy does provide some limited trip interruption coverage. The claim process was extremely easy and within a few days our claim was settled! We were glad we bought the Tin Leg policy! Highly recommended.

We are so impressed with the underwriters/Tin Leg reps and their “can do (or we’ll figure it out!)” attitude & assistance. Six months after purchasing a policy for 2 individuals, we had to change travel dates for both individuals...who were now traveling on separate schedules, but ending up in the same location. Tim Leg worked with us to revise our dates and make sure we were covered, and it ended up not costing us a dime more.
