IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies.     The instructions for the claim process was straight forward, with the option to add pertinent details later that you may have missed.

    While my claim wasn't a large amount -- about half the premium -- the online process of making the claim was well designed, intuitive, and most of all it resulted in a fairly timely reimbursement for the ER expenses I incurred while travelling in Europe. Assuming they maintain this level of service, and cost, I can comfortably recommend Squaremouth travel insurance to family and friends. In fact, if Squaremouth maintains their pricing, it would be imprudent to travel without them.

    I did not go on the trip. I had a spinal cord injury and sm paralyzed since
    August. I have and downloaded info since then faxed and I have called .the purpose of getting insurance is for these types of things and I have been getting the runaround. This is ridiculous
    I need my funds returned asap

    IMG refuses to respond quickly and requires more paperwork than Fort Knox. My wife’s doctor sent a letter documenting her inability to travel. That wasn’t good enough so now we have to return to the doctor and ask her to complete a form that violates HIPPA laws!
    Why cause such pain?
    Not satisfied at all!!

    Without Squaremouth, we would still be waiting for our cash refund. Thanks to Mari for spearheading our efforts. IMG will not get any of our future business. We were treated like criminals for requesting a refund for documented medical reasons.

    Customer support was responsive and explained situation.
