IMG Travel Insurance Reviews

Traveling can be stressful. Getting injured before a trip is even more stressful. I am so thankful that I had purchased trip insurance with IMG. The claims process was straightforward and I had a successful outcome. Needless to say I just purchased insurance for another upcoming trip through IMG. You never know what can happen!

Horrible experience
Claim had not been addressed for 2 months and it’s still not processed

Before our trip I called with questions and got straight through to them. Was very happy with their customer service and their help with my questions.

Always responsive to questions and always recommend appropriate policies.

IMG appears to be unwilling to pay my claim. I may have to file a lawsuit.

Squaremouth website needs to be more clear about limits on the total amount of coverage available for each policy.

Thankfully, didn’t need.

The policy specifically hit the coverages that we potentially needed to supplement our yearly medical travel policy. Some initial problems finding the policy on the IMG website due to changing the email address for login. This was resolved after 2 contacts. We have had 3 IMG policies in the past year, all without problems.
