I purchased insurance for my son Paul Martin and his wife Jude Franklin

Filed claim, no response for a month. Called in, they were not very helpful, and had not assigned a claims officer yet, though they said they were supposed to do so within 15 business days. Still no movement on a month old claim.

We had two family deaths while on our trip. After contacting IMG, they responded immediately with kind words of condolences and directed us to next steps for filing a trip interruption claim. Although the paperwork was tedious and we had to resubmit the same information more than once, things moved along fairly quickly and we received our reimbursement check approximately 5-6 weeks later.

The process for getting a policy was straight forward however I did have a few questions. The representative was patient and answered all my questions or concerns. I can't comment on the claims process as I did not have a claim. I would recommend this company based on my experience and use them again.

I had several questions since I don’t travel much and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. They mad me feel comfortable choosing a plan good for my needs.

Just submitted a medical claim and return email said it was received.
