I had not purchased travel insurance prior to this trip, and in navigating the web was able to find this carrier and it was easy to sign up , received my paperwork on line and all of their reviews were good. Would use them again if a travel overseas comes up.

My return flight was canceled by the airline and had to rebook another flight. IMG refunded me that difference properly.

The web site was a little difficult in determining what information was needed to file a claim. However, the correspondence from Customer Service clarified what was needed. From that point on the claim was handled promptly and handled to my satisfaction.
I have purchased several travel insurance policies through SquareMouth Travel Insurance. The purchase of each policy has always gone very smoothly and I have filed a claim on 2 of the policies due to health reasons. I am very happy to report that in each case the individual insurance company paid in full and promptly to reimburse me. I will emphasize that in both cases we had full documentation.
One of the things I really like about SquareMouth is the ability to compare multiple policies side be side. I have also found their customer service representatives to be very helpful. If they don't know the answer to my question they direct me to the insurer and provide contact information for them.

When I signed up for the insurance via Squaremouth I included my husband's name and birthdate and as well as my own, but the policy w IMG showed my name twice. When I called IMG on a Saturday morning to get it fixed, I was told they had the birthdates for both of us and would fix the policy to show his name along with his birthdate without further requirements. I was cc'd on follow up emails within IMG requesting the change be made. When the change was not made by Monday, I called again and was told I was required to provide the ID credential for my husband and it would be fixed immediately. I then emailed a copy of my husband's license. When it was not fixed for yet another day, I called and was told that it was in Que to be fixed by the person I spoke with on Monday, but the rep on the phone with me kindly fixed it immediately and emailed us a policy card for my husband. I also was told it was an error on my part that the policy did not include my husband's name but only his birthdate and instead listed my name twice. However, I am rather certain I included my husband's name on the application. Thus I am unsure where the error originated.
