Easy to set up policy and make changes as we added to our trip. We didn’t need to use policy, but gave us peace of mind in case something were to happen.
We changed our destination from Costa Rica to Maui, Hawaii. We no longer needed travel insurance. Called to cancel and of course it was out of the cancelation window even though there were months to go before travel. Not happy that you wouldn't work with us. Your cancellation window is far too narrow. You kept our money when there was little or no possibility that we would use your service. This is a rip-off policy. We will not recommend or use your service ever again.

I contacted them after my husband was sent to a hospital for testing while we were on our cruise..they replied quickly as to how to file a claim. I am gathering the necessary invoices and reports to open the claim. I hope to have this settled soon.
I tried to file the claim for myself and for my husband online but the system stopped at my documents only , I am sending all the pertaining documents for both my husband and myself by mail , so they will consider both issues that occurred to us during our trip to Singapore.
We had a travel and health crisis and revived no help from IMG. We were let down in our time of need, thinking we could depend in the coverage we purchased to help out.
Squaremouth was fine. IMG painfully slow in processing.
The IMG claim took an incredibly long period of time to get resolved and it’s still not resolved to date. There was no reason for the delay since one of the people with the insurance had broken her hip and could not walk. She had plenty of documentation from her provider yet it took months to get this claim resolved. As indicated, it is still not resolved.
