Unfortunately IMG didn't handle my claim very well it took over 3 months to have it finalised and that didn't happen until I contacted Squaremouth and raised a complaint.
Once Squaremouth became involved the claim was paid out within a week.I am very grateful to Squaremouth for resolving the issue.

On Saturday, December 6, I had flu symptoms. I went to the concierge at my hotel and they said they could call a doctor to come examine me for $400 cash. I couldn’t afford that amount, I tried to contact IMG, it was impossible to reach them by phone, I sent a message asking if that service would be reimbursed. Noted that I was flying out at 5:30 AM on the seventh. I got no response until Thursday. December 11 after I had already returned home. I did have the flu. I flew home on the seventh with the flu, and no medication. On December 11 I got an email from them giving me a case number if I wanted to file a claim. Horrible customer service, horrible response time, I was sick in Prague and could not count on my insurance.. I saw my doctor when I got home and she confirmed that I had influenza type A
