Just submitted a medical claim and return email said it was received.

It has been laborious to supply the requested information several times. I trust that all info has now been accepted, is acceptable, and reimbursement will be coming shortly. Thankyou.

Had to cancel trip due to illness. IMG refunded everything. No issues. My go to travel insurance provided from now on.

Got good suggestions for insurance for senior travel. Did not have to make a claim, so I can't speak about the particular coverage.

When I purchases the policy I only covered my down payment and indicated that there were future payments remaining. When I went to add the final payment to the insurance I was informed that the policy wouldn't cover that much. My options were to buy a new policy for the difference with no pre existing coverage or tax my policy to its limit and self insure the remainder. It should be clearly stated when there is a policy limit.

The initial people that I interacted with to find and set up the plan were both polite, friendly and helpful. The price was right and I would use this service again and recommend this company.

It’s 5 days since my claim submission. They wrote that it will take 2-3 days to respond, today is the 5th day and no response.
I’ll tell you more after my claim process & pay.
